Logic Legal provides legal services and protection to individual and family members. We bridge the gap between the Chinese legal and justice system and you. You simply pay one annual fee and in return we provide you free access to our team of lawyers, whenever you need them. Our services range from legal advice for everyday events (such as renting a new apartment) to drafting a will.
Selection Process
We have spent over one year continually building our trusted network of lawyers. As an independent provider of law firms, Logic Legal is not tied to ANY company. That means we only select lawyers who we believe will get you the best results. In the last year over 100 of the best lawyers from some of the best law firms in Shanghai have joined our network.
At Logic Legal we aim to “RAISE” the bar and provide our members with the highest possible level of service. That is why we have developed a strict process when it comes to selecting our network of lawyers and law firms:
| Research | We carefully research each individual lawyer and his or her company. |
| Approach | If we are satisfied with the initial research we then approach the lawyer and their company. We explain our innovative concept and invite the company and their lawyers to meet with us. |
| Interview | At this time we interview both the company and the lawyers to identify the best candidates. |
| Screen | When we have selected a lawyer we then verify their credentials with the relevant Government authorities. As with most countries, all lawyers in China MUST register with the authorities. |
| Evaluate | We continually evaluate each lawyer and company in our network to maintain our high standards. |
Logic Legal Team
We ONLY use Chinese lawyers because foreign lawyers cannot give full legal advice in China. We believe using a lawyer who can speak the local language and who understands the business culture will always get you a better result. Almost all of our lawyers speak English, but in special circumstances you may need a lawyer who does not speak English. For example, you may require a very specialized or senior lawyer with many years experience in a particular legal area. If your lawyer does not speak English we will provide a legal interpreter free of charge.
