The European Union has developed the project All Together to involve men in equality and balance between work and family life. This has edited a free guide for businesses on equality in Pdf in which collects two decalogues. In this entry I will show the first one, since “Man, it’s up to you: equality begins at home”.

The traditional division of roles between men and women are no longer relevant in modern society that seeks greater equality and justice.

Man, if you increase their participation in housework will get:

1. MORE TIME TO SHARE WITH YOUR PARTNER.
You will enjoy a life together for better quality, having more time to spend together.

2. INCREASE YOUR PERSONAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE.

3. COMPLICITY IMPROVE YOUR PERSON.
You’ll have more freedom and autonomy for mutual understanding and better relationships
and enjoyable. You’ll have a better sex life and emotional.

4. Know each other better ENJOY AND YOUR CHILD / CHILDREN.
Do not miss one of the most important things in life: To participate in the education of your children / as and watch them grow. Boost your self-esteem and well-being and that of their children spending more time together.

5. LEARN NEW SKILLS AND ABILITIES.

6. SHARE THE LOAD TO BE THE HOLDER OF THE FAMILY.

9. TAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONSISTENT WITH YOUR VALUES ARE EQUAL.
Do you believe in freedom and justice? Put into practice these values at home.

10. BECOME A GOOD EXAMPLE: PUT YOUR GRAIN OF SAND IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MORE FAIR.
Become a model for your children / as. It helps release the next generation of outdated stereotypes. With your example will set the foundation for responsible citizenship.
